Hi there, I noticed when sorting out collection for my item (royal mail) it stated I could change my parcel size from small parcel to medium, without any extra charges? I had free shipping for buyer!
Can anyone confirm if they've done that? I know the labels don't have the parcel size or weight on them so curious to know.
