I have just taken my first Simple Delivery order. However, when I logged into my Royal Mail Click & Drop account (for an international sale), I discovered the SD order had also been downloaded. Everything I have read about SD states this would not happen.
Is this a known error which is currently being addressed? If not, how do I let eBay know about it? It is going to make buying postage labels very confusing!
