I've just had a message from someone in Puerto Rico asking if I can enable them to buy from me. GSP neither includes or excludes Peurto Rico so not sure how I can enable it?
Puerto Rico is considered part of the USA. Currently GSP is not available for the States. You could try setting up Custom International Postage for them instead.
