Just taken 4 letter/large letter parcels (all Royal Mail Tracked 48) into my local post office and have been told by the counter assistant that the system has been shut down all over the UK, so they were not able to issue a receipt till the system was fixed

Ebay call it simple delivery its not working and sellers are forced to use it come on Ebay get your act together.
