Royal Mail tracking not updating on ebay

I've noticed that all of a sudden none of my royal mail tracking numbers are updating on ebay and wondered if anyone else is having the same problem?? On Royal Mail they show as dropped off at the post office, etc but on ebay they've not even updated to say posted to buyer! Terrible timing now that i won't get my money until 2 days after the items show as delivered......which won't happen if the link between royal mail and ebay is broken.

To be fair, this one could be an issue at Royal Mail's end. It's hardly the second Horizon scandal but they don't have the best track record with software.

(That said, it remains impossible to get 6x4 international shipping labels to print from eBay. After two years of making me try things and telling me it'll be fixed with the highest priority, they told me it's working as designed. This is also hardly the second Horizon scandal but they don't have the best track record with software either.)

Parcelfarce did about ten years ago, they started a new ground up system and spent millions on it, it didnt work so the stopped using it and sold it to DPD.

I have the same issue but in a different way. The Royal Mail say the Item has been at Chelmsford DD since Feb 26th but I had a message from the buyer on March 1st saying how happy they are with the purchase.

I think certain delivery offices get to a stage when they are so stacked out they call in extra staff to delivery and they havny got enough PDA's for them to use so they just tell them to get the parcels delivered and wing proof of delivery in the hopes no one will notice, also it can happen that some parcels can be given to posties on other rounds to deliver and they dont scan the parcels onto there PDA's so its not possible to zap them on delivery.
