I sent 2 items yesterday both collected around 4pm and scanned at my door. Items both updated ‘item received’ but I didn’t get my usual ‘proof of postage’ emails. Yesterday evening I then got 2 emails saying they were sorry they were unable to fulfil my collection request, this also hit the item tracking. Same has happened today with the 2 items collected this morning. This is a new one on me!
The 2 items collected yesterday have had no further tracking updates today, which is unusual. I hope they’re progressing normally 🤞🏼
