Royal Mail problems at South Midlands MC

I posted several items on Thursday last week but I've noticed that 2 appear to be stuck in the system - both at South Midlands Mail Centre.

I assume it's the Mail Centre that's the issue, as all my other orders (T48) arrived on Saturday.

Has anyone else encountered issues with this MC?

Ebays version of T48 is the new T96, dont forget ebay are PARTNERS with royal mail and the are sorting the problems together so buyers and sellers get a seamless experince NOT!

Sent a lage letter T24 with signature on the 14/01/26.  It arrives at S Mids MO the day after.  It hasn't moved for almost two weeks.  This is an important letter.

The letter will be lost. I sent a £600 parcel and once it got there it was gone.

I complained to Royal Mail and it still took a couple of days to get it
moving. More complaints they get maybe they will do something ? It is
mainly just that particular depot.

Sounds like a job for the local MP, maybe worth contacting them.

I am having similar issue receiving an item sent with 48 hour tracked via Royal Mail. Appears to be stuck.

Oh have just waited 3 weeks for a small parcel which passed through the now infamous South Midlands Mail centre . I feel this thread will ever end. I also just received a DHL parcel from Germany in 4 days!  Maybe the manager could go there and find out how to run a parcel service.
