Hi all
Is there a known issue with Royal Mail just now? I've suddenly got several buyer claiming item not received, posted the end of last month, 28th, 30th etc. It's really weird, trying to make buyers wait as the items can't have just disappeared! Sent in good faith.
Looks like a number of ebay claims, negs and Royal Mail claims on the horizon, hassle.....
My fear is they'll get a refund then the items will arrive very late so I can't claim from RM, with me stuck in the middle out of pocket

I’ve had the exact same issue, I put in an email enquiry with Royal Mail this morning and they closed it immediatey without response, called them and after 40 minutes on hold they told me that it sounded like ebay’s problem and hung up 🥲

Wow this is the thing, customers think we can just chase royal mail about delivery of their item, but RM don't want to know, just have to put in a claim after time has passed. We really get stuck in the middle if refund on ebay is done, then it gets delivered very late, Royal Mail won't pay out and we're caught between the two, loosing the money, the item and probably a neg and hits our ebay stats...

Doesn't help delaing with these buyers though.... "refund, refund, REFUND" wait!

Thanks. Yeah I've heard about this alterate day thing. Been over a week on some of my INRs though...
