Royal Mail annual letter price increase

😕Usually RM just increases letter prices in the Autumn, but they've messed with a few other things this time, such as Tracked 48.

Another 20p added to International Letters, but it will actually make it easier to put stamps on.

I currently use 1x 1st Class, 1x 2nd Class and 63p.

Now I can just use 2x 1st Class.

So am I reading this wrong or...

RM 2nd class LL 100g is £1.55 for a stamp or online
but for business customers who have to post over 1000 items per year - RM48 LL 100g is now £1.72 PLUS vat PLUS surcharges for the winter and green fuel?

or is RM48 LL 100g -  £1.30 plus surcharges?

Price increases aren't helpful. I wish eBay could build something into their software that all listings, where a seller charges for postage, automatically increased £££ in line with the price increase. Really not helpful having to edit hundreds of listings and change all your postage business policies. I always end up swallowing the cost myself as it's such a hassle changing it all. That said, I am more alarmed at the £75 drop in insurance from Royal Mail?? I mean that's HALF OFF! I expect people have been putting fraudulent claims in left right and centre to have them take that sort of action! Doesn't help honest sellers with higher priced items though.
