Hi,
I have an item enroute to me however the sellers supplied Royal Mail dispatch with tracking isn't actually tracking. What's the point of tracking that doesn't actually track?!
I have no idea where my item is or how long it might take to arrive or frankly if the tracking isn't actually bogus and the seller is pulling a fast one.
The only messaging that RM will give to the tracking number supplied by eBayt UK is that they will attempt to provide tracking when a delivery is attempted. Well I will know if it arrives then! I would like to know where it is NOW.
Seems like RM tracking is actually a scam and I wonder why eBay UK is allowing this?

So that being the case then it's not actually tracking at all.
At best it's an "attempted delivery notification" as it doesn't offer any location information as to where the parcel is right now.
😠

It's ebays terminology that wrong, i agree, just like free postage that isn't free to anyone the seller still has to pay it so its included
