Royal Mail Tracking Issue

Does anyone know if RM are having troubles with their tracking app?

A delivery scheduled for yesterday on the app didn't arrive and it is still showing the same information that was there yesterday morning at 0549hrs.

Another delivery due has the same issue with it's tracking.

Is it widespread or just my local Delivery office making a mess of things?

This might be a better question for your Postie, rather than other sellers. Do you know that Royal Mail had a 4-day glitch that prevented normal delivery this week? They are probably slower because of clearing a backlog (like at Christmastime). But it never hurts to ask your local delivery person or Post Office for the inside story.

I spoke to my postie and he said the glitch had caused a bit of a problem but they were also suffering from staff shortages so were using agency staff which was not the best.

He actually told me if he had to send packages he wouldn't use RM!
