Royal Mail - Letter Option

Hi, i have a major problem this morning. I am a business seller and  all my BIN listings are Free Postage with payable upgrades i.e. - 48 HOUR TRACKED -  certain of my items  I send out as a LETTER - £0.87 - But from this morning that option is no longer available to me . I sell low value items and will now lose money if I use the Ebay postage labels . Can somebody please help me as having to go onto Royal Mail and purchase a postage label is very time consuming as I then have to copy and paste the tracking into ebay. PLEASE PLEASE CAN SOMEBODY HELP .

Probably this is another system bug...it started yesterday evening...I think they're finally fixing it..for now RM seems happy :(.

I had this problem today, eBay only coming up with Large Letter instead of letter postage labels.

Checked my listings on Business Account & found I had listed my Postage Business Policy Letter / Large Letter that was only available at the time (had been working fine for weeks as I had put in the measurement of a Letter). 

Today I see that eBay are now giving postage listings for Letter size, so I changed my Business Postage Policy to include Small Letter 2nd/ or 1st Class.

but

When I checked 'create listings' without a Business Policy setting & I found that eBay are only offering Large Letter & bigger. 

When I tried to buy postage labels for letters size purchased yesterday it was coming up for Large Letter postage.   

So, I purchased from RM Click & Drop which I have linked to may eBay account.

If eBay do not now provide Business Sellers with postage labels for Letter Sized RM for any of my items listed a Letter postage, then I will purchase from Click & Drop.

Hi guys, I am also having the same issue. It is quite a jump from 87p to £1.55 per item when margins are already being squeezed more and more. This is unacceptable and needs to be sorted quickly. Many thanks for bringing it to attention.

Use Royal Mail Click & Drop -  imports all orders once you link your eBay account. 
I gave up with eBay labels last year, incorrectly formatted customs and international labels, and everything defaulting to large letters or ‘shoe box’ dimensions. 

Probably no help right now but just thought I’d mention it.
