I’m experiencing a strange issue with my Royal Mail labels printed through eBay. When I open the same PDF file on my phone, the labels look different compared to how they appear on my computer. I haven’t changed any settings, and both devices are using the same file.
Also the old labels from yesterday was fine(yesterday) but today if I try to download them or even open old pdf files on iphone it has the same issue.
Here are the details:
• On my phone, the labels show as two smaller labels per page with “No Signature” at the top.
• On my computer, the labels appear as a larger “Tracked 48” label with weight and parcel type clearly displayed.
• The file is the exact same PDF downloaded from eBay, but the formatting is inconsistent between devices.
I’ve attached photos to show the differences. Does anyone know why this might be happening or how to fix it? Is it an issue with eBay, the Royal Mail label format, or a device compatibility problem?

If the label has the same reference/tracking number and it is the same kind of service selected, then you wouldn't need to worry about it, as it wouldn't make a different in your transaction. This might related to the difference in format displaying from a computer to a mobile phone. However, if you're getting different reference/tracking number or services, please let me know and I'd be happy to take a further look for you.
