Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked to Guernsey

I wanted to purchase a label for 2nd Class Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour Drop Off service through eBay to go to the buyer in Guernsey. I chose the correct size and weight for the item but eBay wasn’t showing the mentioned service - just standard 2nd Class, Signed for, Special Delivery, 1st Class. I checked with Royal Mail website and this service is the same for any other part of the UK. Is this a known issue or has Royal Mail/eBay stopped this particular service from being applied through eBay? TIA

I had the same problem today.Sent a parcel to Jersey but would only allow me to send using the standard services you mentioned.All the other services were greyed out.I don't think this is a problem with the service I think it is because Jersey and Guernsey,although still classed as the UK,don't fall into Royal Mail's standard service as parcels need to have a Customs Declaration on the parcel.I chose 2nd Class signed for and it also gave me a Customs Label along with the address label.Only snag with this is that you can't track the parcel on it's journey but at least it is showing up as being sent.Hope this helps.
