I've removed the item's title and tracking number from this quotation. My buyer paid 17/8/24. I printed an item label Royal Mail 2nd Class - Up to 750 g with maximum dimensions of 35.3 x 25 x 2.5 cm. - with tracking number on Sunday 18/8/24, sent it the next day, Monday 19/8/24.
Since then I've had the same result shown above every time I've checked the status. I've repeatedly tried to claim on Royal Mail's site only to be told I have to wait three working days after the estimated delivery date of 22/8/24. It's now been over ten! The item was within the dimensions. It's worrying me that it's not even shown as posted to the buyer. Please help!
