Printing postage label

Hi, sold an item, ebay have taken the postage amount from the buyer and I'm unable to print a postage label, the form quotes the address needs amending, the only error is the post code, it's all in lower case and I cannot edit it, it looks like I'm going to have to lose the postage and pay it out of my own pocket, any suggestions please?

You can cancel the ebay label and buy your own.   Go to Orders, select Postage Labels on the left-hand side, then go to the actions dropdown menu next to the label and select Void Label. 

If you buy your own postage remember to add the tracking number and mark dispatched manually via the dropdow arrow for the item on orders page.

Sorry to sound thick here, but, I've not been able to get a postage label due to the discrepancy with the buyers address, I can't find the menu you are describing, I've sold over 8000 items previously about 7 years ago 

and this new postage system is both confusing and rubbish, I want to sell an item, get the address, label my own package and take it to the post office like I used to. This new shipping methods on ebay to me are dire
