Why is this now being forced upon us, previously when I would sell I pick a suitable courier that I know allocates time slots and adequate insurance coverage for the item sold. Surely changing this to (as fas as I can tell) just RM & Evri is limiting...

HELP, I have been successfully selling on eBay for many years my items cost the customer around £4 to £5 which includes the cost of a Royal Mail second class stamp. How do I absorb £2.70 into a £4.00 item or expect the customer to pay for it?
