I’ve got 3 sold listing and have tried to get my postage labels and it say “ something is wrong please try again later” is this a eBay issue?

I’m getting the same so it seems to be eBay rather than the individual

Same here, got an agent call back and spoke to them about this, they tried there side, its confirmed as a technical issue affecting multiple sellers.

got them to confirm I wont get late dispatch defects due to this!

Someone has just posted this helpful information see below, perhaps this is the reason why you and so many others are in the same predicament?

The business Click and Drop website is down since sometime last night. I assume this is related and eBay's RM labels are generated from the same domain.

RM Click and Drop business domain is different to the retail site. The retail site is still working.

I assume eBay gets their labels generated via the business domain.

RM own C+D service checker claims the site is working correctly, but the website page shows it as down.

I can log into the click and drop site but it wont sync with eBay and pull in open orders, so the integration isnt working right. so I now have no way to prep and buy postage for over 80 orders.

I am sending trading cards using mostly the 87p 2nd class letter service, there is no viable alternative postage service on eBay so I am stuck

There has been a long term issue with low weight items, that is , under 100g in weight or under the value of £10 so being exempt from Simple delivery postage, but Custom Postage is just not showing up for those items.

However, try this workaround it's for outsize items, but can be adapted for you lightweight ones, not an ideal answer, but a workaround nevertheless!

Have the same issue. Been trying since yesterday to generate the shipping label but it's not working and to top it off I have an extremely impatient buyer who's been badgering me (they only bought it last night!) - Can generate Evri labels no problem but not Royal Mail. Please hurry up and resolve this because I want this order over and done with!

Royal Mail have also issued this statement:

We’re experiencing technical issues across some of our systems due to a global IT issue.
