Hi , please help !!!!

I sold an item on eBay and it was on evri postage , however I used royal mail tracked signed for. The buyer has the item and we have been in contact but I have a notice on my item saying not sent , I’ve tried to correct this and made it worse because evri are now expecting the item , the auto chat bot is next to useless , I just need to add the Royal Mail tracking number

If the first label was issued you have to cancel it.  Go to orders, select postage labels on the left-hand side, then go to the actions dropdown menu next to the label and select Void Label.

Then add the tracking number of the postage you bought and mark dispatched manually via the dropdown actions arrow for the item on your orders page.
