Hi I have sold an item on eBay, buyer has purchased a postage label. I'm clicking on to pay/buy the postage label and it's saying in a red banner at the top, something is wrong please try again later- any help would be great I haven't used eBay in ages

Although the buyer has paid for the label you would have to buy it.  If you are prevented for some reason by eBay you can buy it direct from Royal Mail [on-line] or simply go to Post Office. 

You do need to be careful that what you buy is enough for  your parcel.  For £100 odd you would need Special Delivery or RM24 or RM48.  You will need to consider weight and size.
