I paid extra for a courier service on an item I sold but, after several days it had not been collected. Eventually, I managed to get hold of a real person at Parcelforce. They told me that they don't offer a courier service to Ebay customers - you have to take your package to a Post Office so why are Ebay offering this option and charging more for it? I wondere
