Packlink has some cost adjustments on your postage labels

Hi guys, recently we have received several emails from Packlink informing us that our packages weighed more than declared when creating the postal label. Several times we had to prove it by sending a photo of the package placed on the scale. Our last case was for an item weighing 270 grams and Packlink stated that the package exceeded 1 kg. Are we the only ones experiencing such adventures?

Same here! I've sent hundreds of the items they claim were over 1kg when they are in fact way lower. Not sure why this is happening, I know someone else this is happening to. I can't even prove it with the same items as I've now sold out.

Hi guys, the question is how you r going to prove the parcel was under 1kg or 2kg. When shiping 100 parcels every week u r not going to photograph each parcel on the scale 🙂 No idea how to challenge their decision, we were told to pay £3.80 penaulty for 5 BIC pens in envelope!!!
