Hello folks,
I had the option for posting (supported by me) and also collection for my item being sold.
Just because I wasn't aware about the politics of collection items and how to do it properly I thought that it was a good idea to message buyer to come and collect the order. He came he picked the order and as a proof he texted me "the order been collected. Thank you" and assured me that the funds will be released as normal.
The thing is says funds are held for 14 days and also there is the notification with PAID - POST NOW active.
What are my options now, shall I mark the order as dispatched or just leave it like this? After 14 days the funds will still be released in my account without any action from both of us buyer/seller?
