Monitors unable to be bought 2 at a time

Hi, I have 2 monitors for sale. I have been messaged asking why people can't make an offer for 2 monitors. They get the message that this seller won't send to their address. But if they offer for one then they are allowed. Has this happened to anyone else or do I need to change settings?

It sounds like a bug. Possibly it is to do with Simple Delivery not combining postage costs properly for 2 bulky items? If I add 2 to my basket, it comes up that delivery is free!

If a buyer is genuinely interested, you may need to relist as one single listing for both monitors.

If it's extra large you can opt out of Simple Delivery, which ironically tends to complicate things, and relist using your own choice of postage.     Just follow the advice on here:

You might also try putting their ID on your exemption list to remove any blocks:
