Some weeks ago I had a problem with EVRI not collecting my parcel, so I went online to their site and clicked on CHAT. Obviously, the auto answer didn't recognise my complaint at first. A day later, I had an email from them apologising for not collecting the parcel and said that it would be collected the next day; this was after I said that I wouldn't ever use them again. They did collect it the next day and delivered it within two days. I had kept the buyer informed of the progress and they were very pleased when their item arrived within two days. Two days later after I complained to them, I had another email from EVRI saying that the parcel was stuck in their depot; this was a lie as the buyer had already received it. On the third day, I had another email from them saying that the parcel had been delivered and the case was closed. They have no idea what they are doing.
