How to conform collection without a QR code or 6 digit number

Does anyone know how to confirm collection on an item if you don't have the QR code or 6 digit number? Thank you.

You can still ask the buyer to give you the code via message or ask them to confirm they’ve collected in person through the item’s order details.   If neither is done you can mark item as dispatched via the dropdown actions menu on the right of the item but you will have to wait up to 21 days for the money to be released.
