Can anyone make sense of this tracking(tracked 48)

I know the 48 is just there to sound good but can anyone make sense of this tracking?, looks like its been out for delivery twice now and given its now 19:35 they probably wont be delivering today.

Also will this affect my dsr?, it was due yesterday and the other parcel sent the same day arrived Saturday. It was Scotland so def allowed an extra day anyway. I'm putting it down to time of year. Is the 18:30 a physical scan?

Really hoping this doesnt go missing as the buyer seems to really want it but also the potential to be a bit difficult just going by his short messages.

Royal Mail Deliveries are showing delays on the packages I've sent out.  

RM giving the reason as 'high volume'.

As long as you have uploaded tracking to the order the system will pick up any late deliveries and normally remove them so they wont affect your dsr rating. Should  get an orange dot showing late delivery but it normally gets removed after a week or so
