Ebay doesn't seem to have a mechanism to receive feedback from buyers about the platform and so leaving this here in hopes that it is taken on board.
I have gone off platform and have not bought an increasingly large number of items due to the lack of control around postage options and rampant removal of valid negative feedback.
I don't want to use Evri, they are really really awful and they are inconsistent in offering click or collect. Yodel the same. I use RM because I can order and collect the goods from the depot. This gives me proper time frames for receiving goods. No wandering around to random neighbors who may or may not be in/on holiday/stealing items.
The new simple delivery option now obfuscates who the carrier will be and removes even more choice from the buyer.
You remove almost all negative feedback from the site and this is making it very difficult to pick good sellers . I can't block bad sellers from the search listings.
The buyer protection has worked ok, I haven't lost any money through bad purchases. But the number of items I am returning and the time that wastes is increasing massively. Again not having a valid feedback system anymore is a major contributing factor.
So all in all, I am increasingly buying offline and elsewhere as I am tired of trying to sift though manually and I don't feel I can trust the site . I believe this platform is very much in a death spiral.
Please fix it, it was a useful site

Simple Delivery has certainly had it's fair share of unhappy peeps that's for sure, asking ' us' to fix it won't alter anything, we are members like yourself , and eBay do not come to this forum , unless an answer comes from an eBay community manager, and their posts are outlined in blue.
From a seller's point of view you can de select Evri from your choice of couriers if you wish in your Site Preferences, and with the link here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/prf/simpledelivery
Feedback is removed if feedback rules are broken, that is, as a buyer if you mention anything about a refund, a case or claiming an item is fake, the seller can ask for eBay to remove that feedback. Likewise if asked, a negative feedback left for a buyer can be removed, hence no ' red neg' facility there.
It's been a big change and I agree, on the whole not popular, but aside from recent tweaks here and there, SD is here to stay.

Adding to the advice already given -
“You remove almost all negative feedback from the site and this is making it very difficult to pick good sellers . I can't block bad sellers from the search listings.”
Indeed your last neg would have been removed if the seller had asked eBay as saying “Seeking refund through Ebay” is a serious feedback violation.
