Evri label charge

So I sold an item on Ebay which was listed with £2.94 evri postage cost, the buyer paid so all good, then when I printed the shipping label Ebay charged me £5.46 for the label! What the hell? Can I get this back and why did they charge it? Its never happened before?

Re: Evri label charge

The buyer must have lived in one of Evri's remote places.

Most of those locations are cheaper with Yodel.

Re: Evri label charge

Royal Mail don't charge extra for remote postcode areas like couriers do.

You could cancel the label if it hasn't been scanned by the courier and buy a RM label instead.

But it will probably take a while to get refunded from eBay/packlink.

And you would be using a different postage method than you said in your listing which could annoy your buyer.
