Hi, I notice that when listing an item on ebay with evri postable, it gives a max depth of 2.5cm. However, if I go onto the Evri website and order a label through them, they say the the max depth a postable package can be is 3cm. The package for the item I am listing will be around 2.8cm, so would be good if I can use the evri postable service through ebay. Otherwise, i'll have to purchase the label through Evri for the same service. Thanks.

If you use evri postable it's not covered for loss or damage like their other parcel sizes.

Every evri parcel or portable has the same tracking info. Every evri parcel is covered against loss or damage if you opt for the extra protection insuring it for its correct value. If you send evri parcels at there basic price it dosent give you any protection so if they loose it. That's it your loss. They won't do anything to help or compensate you.

Well evri say postable parcels aren't covered.
Maybe someone who has had an evri postable postable parcels lost would clarify this.
But I wouldn't use that service unless I'm prepared to take the loss.
