Evri Delivery - On hold

Hello, 

 

I have used Evri delivery service to send my ebay item to my buyer. For the last week, the Evri tracking has not been updated and shows on hold / out for delivery to the buyer. The tracking number is H05QTA0035677927. It's quite frustrating, as I'm unable to get in touch with Evri. I'm happy to offer my buyer a refund but I'd like Evri to compensate me. How do I go about this? Thank you!

Has your buyer actually asked for a refund yet? 

I have had this in the past when the buyer has opted to have the item re-directed to a drop off shop instead of their home address. 

If you click on the tracking number from your order page, it should open an Evri page, and you then have the option of 'chat'.
Each time it's happened to me I have used chat (they know automatically which item) they offer to chase it up, and then, usually next day, it starts moving again.

If it was sent Simple Delivery you don't refund the buyer and you don't need Evri to compensate you.
