I sold an item, tried to print a RM label but was greeted with a 'no service available' message. Phoned ebay and was told there is a problem with RM so I'll have to cancel the order and relist with evri as the courier rather than just being able to select a different carrier. 

I decided to go to RM and create a label there, even though the ebay rep told me there is a problem with RM.

Ebay are going from bad to worse. At the start of the week I couldn't upload photos and now this.

Thanks ebay rep for trying to send me on a wild goose chase.

You were smart to check directly with RM about a potential glitch.

If you ever want to check to see if there is a temporary eBay glitch, you are welcome to check here. Usually multiple people report them quite quickly, and sometimes there are workarounds available too.
