Ebay pre paid label's what a mess

Ebay used to be fun to buy and sell now its a nightmare with all the rules and procedures...We dont use their Prepaid label service because the couriers they use are too expensive/unreliable/to far away for us to go too.

Here is one example we have a very small product  Ebay want £3.50 to send we can send for £0.89.

But whats more annoying we cant find the customers address unless we click onto their pre paid label...when we do guess what...they charge use.

I am seriously thinking of taking all more  items away from them.  After 15 years

Your items are under £20, have you tried to use Custom Postage instead. These boards are full of ways to do this. For example:

Simple Delivery only applies to Private Sellers (those getting rid of unwanted personal possessions) not Business Sellers selling brand new products so there would appear to be a simple solution to your problem.

One of ebay's rules and procedures is that a private ebay account (that has to use simple delivery), is only to be used for getting rid of unwanted personal possessions.

Trading is to be done on a business account.

You can access the customers address without using the prepaid label.

From the orders drop down menu choose 'Print Invoices & More'.

They'd be more than happy I imagine if you moved to a Business Account - where you could then send for 89p if you wanted.
