EVRI stole items then repackaged order - how to claim?

Hi All,

A buyer recently received their order from me - however the parcel had been repackaged with many items now missing from the order. Reading other posts from the community I now presume these items have been stolen.

Does anyone know I go about raising this with EVRI or Ebay?

Thanks

James

Re: EVRI stole items then repackaged order - how to claim?

If the buyer is happy to do so, I suggest you ask them to WAIT a day or two before opening a case (if you've discussed it or you think they might anyway.)

I think it may make a difference as to what type of case they raise/the reason behind it. (e.g. damaged v. not as described.)

Hopefully you get some more responses from other members who know more about these things, including whether I'm correct about the case type/reason.

@xyz307xyz   is right, ask the buyer to open a return using 'Arrived damaged' or 'Items missing'.  eBay will give the refund to the buyer and you keep the payment.
