No answer, but I've just gone to buy a label and seen the same warning.
I'm not happy to pay for a label with a red warning notice next to it so will go directly through the Royal Mail site.

Royal Mail website service updates says Batley, Bicester, Mill Hill, Oxford East and Whitehaven are affected by absences or other factors.

We noticed the red warning notice on Royal Mail label buying menu this morning just now as writing this post. What do we have to do? Do we buy other courier label? Evri or Yodel seem to be the option. But we haven't used Evri or Yodel for so long time, not sure what their delivery services are like these days.

We had to go and buy the label from Royal Mail website due to this problem on eBay.
A bit of hassle due to manually typing the buyer's address details, but a RM label was generated with tracking number from Royal Mail website directly, which looks OK.

Anyone know if this has been resolved?

Is this issue with Royal Mail connected to the apparent ongoing breakdown of the tracking link between Ebay and Royal Mail ? All my Tracked48 parcels since the 6th October have no tracking updates whatsoever on EBay, despite most of them having been scanned, tracked, and delivered by the Royal Mail.
I was told days ago that the Tech team are working on it but no resolution as yet. Any news?

Hi all,
Just wanted to let you know that this is still not resolved, but there is improvement. Once this is confirmed as resolved, I will come back here to let you know.
@tupola No, this issue is not related to anything else. We have another thread for the issue you're referring to here, in case you would like to follow up from there.
Thank you,
Marco
