Didn’t get the delivery I paid for

Hi,

 

I know it’s sounds quite a small thing, but I specifically paid for 24 hour tracked so I could obviously track the item and know when it’s going to be delivered!

 

But it’s been sent 48 ( the default free shipping) with no tracking.  Only a signed for once delivered.

 

guess I’ll have to sit it out and hope I’m around when they attempt delivery. Obviously nothing I can do but still a little annoying.

Didn’t get the delivery I paid for

It seems a basic thing to be able to trust that you will get the dispatch you arrange and pay for. Personally, I always dispatch the method the Buyer has paid for, unless I get them to Ok a change before dispatch. I like to give Sellers the benefit of the doubt, so if I were you, I would ask the Seller why they changed the dispatch before deciding on Feedback.
