Hello

I have always taken my items to the post office and pay there for the postage, I have added a tracking number as well. This particular item I sent you could print a label, which I know is so confusing for me. I have noticed the delivery says not yet delivered, but I sent the item from the post office normal 2nd class post. I have been doing this for years. Can I clear that delivery etc.  many thanks

To mark the item as dispatched you have to generate the ebay Simple Delivery label.  Then you should also be able to change the tracking number.  The cost of the unused SD label will be refunded to the buyer in 30 days.

Thank you for getting back to me and the link to read. I actually paid the postage. The item was 8.75 and I pad £2. Thank you
