Combining postage label

Hi everyone,

I have just sold 5 silver proof coins in 5 individual listings to the same seller and marked the postage as free, and included it in the base price, but each item now has a 'Get prepaid label' next to it, but I would like to combine them all into one parcel of course, with Royal Mail Special Delivery.

I've searched for an option to allow this, but cannot find anything. Please would anyone be able to help me with this?

Thanks!

James

Hi James. You need to open all 5 prepaid labels. Use just one of them and then you can request a refund of the 4 unused labels ( I am guess you pay for the labels). The refund process can take up to 30 days.

Hi, thank you for the response!

That sounds simple enough, will there be an option to select to apply for a refund, or will I have to contact Ebay directly?

As you listed each item offering Special Delivery on each then you should send each item separately to cover yourself.

If you send together your buyer could easily claim non receipt for 4 of them as you would only have proof of delivery for one item.
