I've had a sale today, and the buyer has asked if she purchases another item. Can we combine the shipping? I know you can within the UK, as I've done that before, but never internationally. Regards Alexander
You use eBay's Global Shipping Postage so you can't combine postage.
I believe it can work if the customer buys all the items they want and puts them in their basket before they pay or you could cancel the sales and make up a custom bundle as one lot for the buyer.
As has already been stated, if the buyer places all the items in their shopping basket before paying it will combine the postage for the international leg. It won't, however, combine the postage for the UK leg.
