Choose Wrong Shipment Method

Hi
I accidentally chose eBay's courier service, so prepaid labels were generated. I know eBay doesn't reimburse that amount, but how can I update the tracking info with the one from my own courier? Any help would be appreciated!

Go to the More Actions dropdown menu or View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow.    That has to be done on a desktop browser.

After that if you've paid for the original label you can cancel it here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller
Or if the buyer paid for it it will be refunded to them automatically in 30 days.
