Cancelling a buyers order after the postage label has been paid for on simple delivery

Just sold some Xmas light this afternoon and it was by Simple delivery.

I’ve already paid for the Royal Mail label and it will be picked up from my address tomorrow morning.

she paid for small parcel but I paid extra for medium parcel.

after an hour she wanted to cancel even though the tracking number had been entered on the listing page.

So is it possible to cancel her order and also cancel the postage label with Royal Mail.

she would get the full refund. Anyone know anything Thanks.

Hi willowbay1207, thanks for your post.

If the buyer selected they would pay for it, and then you cancel the order, they will get a refund for the entire order, including the shipping cost.
