Hope someone can help.
i have sold an item and now the buyer is saying the postage amount is quite high.
As such i now cannot change the postage amount as they have paid .
I know I could do a partial refund but this would come out of my listing price , so I don’t really want to lose any of my money. How can I change the postage ? Do I do a refund and relist with a lower postage charge?
Any help would be appreciated.

If you used simple delivery the buyer pays ebay for the postage. You cannot refund any of it. You can cancel the transaction if the buyer is not happy.

Many thanks. So just to set me straight if I cancel the order does the buyer get the refund automatically?

They get a refund of the postage. It takes 30 days when a Simple Delivery label is not used. It's probably quicker when the transaction is cancelled.
