Buyer opened “Item Not Received” case but tracking shows delivered to CO-OP pickup store

Hi everyone,

I need some advice. I sold an item that was shipped via DPD, and the tracking clearly shows it’s been delivered to the local CO-OP store and is ready for pickup. However, the buyer has opened an “Item Not Received” request and hasn’t replied to my messages.

 

What should I do in this situation? Will eBay close the case in my favor since tracking confirms delivery to the pickup location?

Hass tracking been placed into the case, can you do this and add tracking shows  item delivered  on **  date ?

Yes maam the tracking has been placed and yes the tracking is showing delivered on eBay but on DPD website it's showing it is delivered to CO OP store and ready to pick up which is 150m away from customer's address
