i do not have access to buyer details (address & teleophone number) to book delivery service for collection different than Royal Mail or Evri, i do have account with Parcelforce and they never let me down for last 20 years so i will prefer to use Parcelforce insted of the royal Mail or Evri so how do i can get access to buyer details?

If you offer free delivery and you don’t use the label supplied by simple delivery you can print it off as if to use it, don’t use it, copy the address etc and send via parcelforce
you then have to submit a claim form for the simple delivery label eBay charged you for
(because free delivery on simple delivery means eBay tell you how much to pay and how to send it and buy it for you)
You then have to enter the correct tracking number ..I don’t know how this is done but someone more knowledgeable will come along and say hopefully
eta this might help

i do not want to use simple delivery to create fake postage label or to cancel label and then wait 10 days to get refund for postage

If your items aren’t eligible for custom delivery then you will get the simple delivery label charged and paid by you or the buyer whether it’s used or not
you can’t mark it as despatched unless you get their label
and if it’s the buyer paying and you don’t use the label you’re going to have to get the postage off them somehow
That’s how I understand it

i do understand but do not want to generate another label and then claim for refund and wait 10 days

Sorry, you don't wait 10 days, you wait 28 days from the date of creating the unwanted SD label to when you receive a refund.
This is because the SD label needs to be unused for a period of 14 days before it expires. Then ebay state their subsquent processing times for a refund are a further 14 days. Hence 14 + 14 = 28 days.
I'm currently waiting on refunds for three unused SD labels. These were purchased and claims for refunds were submitted on 6th, 8th and 15th June.
I therefore expect to receive my first refund later on this week (hopefully).
Here's where you request a refund:
