Couldn't choose my Royal Mail option so bought an Evri postage label but no Evri office to be found locally. So bought Royal Mail postage and posted to buyer. Problem is I can't change the tracking number from Evri to RM so item not linked to RM postage tracking. Item is now showing as not posted.
If you can access your account through a web browser or on desktop in the order details there is a more actions box with a drop down. There should be an option here to add tracking.

Hello Kat, Thank you for the reply and info. I did find the drop down menu and changed thee tracking number and postal company. Item successfully delivered and I was paid today!! So all is well! I appreciate your kind responce. Best, Lee
