Bulk Printing Error Every Time With Tracked 48

Every single time I try to buy more than one RM Tracked 48 with Collection label on the bulk dispatch screen I get all the way to the payment screen and then "Bulk Printing Error" and I have to do each parcel individually. It's been this way for years, will it ever get fixed?
