Item not delivered

I purchased a jacket last Saturday (23rd August) the seller generated the label the next day (Royal Mail) it said delivery between 27th-29th August, I’ve tracked it every day since the tracking no was provided and all its saying is ‘we are waiting for the item to be scanned through our network’ I’ve contacted the seller 3 times with no response, requested cancellation this was rejected because the seller didn’t respond within 3 days. I’ve now put another request in stating I’ve not received my item I no longer want it now anyway so assume I’ll get my money back? The seller has had 100% positive feedback on all other items sold so bit of a weird one

You will be able to escalate your case to ebay 3 complete working days after you started it to get a full refund.
