I have been selling on Ebay as a business now for about 19 months. I sell alot of kitchen appliances amongst other's.
Is anyone like me starting to see an increase in damages, mine over the last 2-3 months has been running at about 1 in 12 items damaged, i double box and sometimes insulate aa well or I wrap about 4-6 layers of bubble wrap.
The saddest thing about this is I do not have the time or energy to claim, too many hoops. I include Yodel & Evri in this situation.
I have sent e-mails to Ebay & packlink showing my disgust at this in how the courier gets away with it and don't hold any direct responsibility.
