I just confirmed that every time you sell internationally and this includes GSP the item has to reach the buyer first before your funds are released. Some of the items I sold were in transit for a month. The hassle is not worth it! I'm not going to wait 30 days or more for my money. I therefore stopped accepting those occasional international sales.

Hi fashionista27, thanks for your post.
With GSP, funds will be available within 24 hours after the item is delivered to the UK Shipping Centre. So, once tracking information confirms delivery to our hub, your funds will be released within 24 hours, you won't need to wait until the item reaches its final destination (buyer).
You can confirm this information/policy here.
Thank you,
Marco

my funds did not become available after 24 hours despite of tracking showing it was delivered on Sunday so ebay says one thing and doing another

my funds are STILL on hold and it is ebay representative who claimed the buyer has to receive the item even when send abroad

now I feel like I have to beg for my own money and waste more time contacting ebay

Hi fashionista27, thanks for your reply.
If you confirm the item number, I can look into this for you no problem to see what's happening.
Thank you,
Marco

So how come Evri delivered my parcel to the GSP at 6.00am this morning-their tracking is available to view-and the E-Bay page has not been updated?-just another excuse to keep my money for 14 days I think-disgusted by new rules.

Not sure this is true. I sold a turntable that left the eBay hub days ago, it's now in Yokohama but, as yet, no funds.
