how can a customer pay for an item which was lost so refunded. but now delivered

i sold an item to someone, after a few weeks evri said they lost it. so refunded the customer. now a few weeks later . it has arrived and wants to pay for the item. how can i do that please

It can't be done on ebay.   You can agree whatever payment method you want, eg. Paypal, bank transfer.
